See Who's on a Call Anytime
View each extension and see who is on a call at any time as well as when calls are ringing in among other things.
- Login to your user portal
- Click 'Applications' (paper airplane icon) at the top of the screen
- Select 'Operator Panel'
From the operator panel you can see inbound calls ringing extensions in Blue:
Active phone calls in Green, current call duration and whether they are inbound or outbound calls, based on the direction of the arrow at the top right-hand corner of the extension box:
From the top right hand corner of the Operator Panel you can see that the screen is being actively refreshed and also pause or restart the real-time updates.
