How to Transfer a Call to Another Extension

To transfer a call from your phone to another extension.
While you are already on a call:
- Press the 'transfer' soft key or 'transfer' button
- Dial the extension you wish to transfer to eg. 100
- Press call button to ring the other extension with the call or wait for the system to transfer automatically
- Hang up your phone
While the person you are transferring is waiting, they will first hear hold music and then hear the call ring to the extension you transferred them to.
When the other extension picks up the phone, they will have the caller on the line immediately and be able to greet them and carry on the conversation as if the person had called them directly.
