REMOTE SUPPORT

$100/hr

ON-SITE DISPATCH

$125/hr

*Dispatch Time Includes Time On-Site and Drive Time One-Way

Maintenance & Support Plan Rates

These rates apply to any Maintenance and Support plans that are added after October 1st 2018

Pay for a set number of Remote Support hours, minimum 4 hours, in advance each month at a special rate.

REMOTE SUPPORT

$75/hr

Receive a 20% discount ($80/hr) on any additional Remote Support hours.

ON-SITE DISPATCH

$100/hr

A 20% discount from the Pay-as-you-Go Rate for On-Site Dispatches.
